At koutlianoselectrics.gr, we search and find for our customers, electrical appliances of all branded companies at prices that have never been seen before! In our eshop, you will find new, branded products from foreign factories absolutely. You will also find certain items that due to imperfections in the packaging or on their outer surface cannot be considered first-class, at reduced prices.
All items in our eshop are unused and fully functional. They are covered by a manufacturer’s factory warranty and for the above reasons, we offer them at exceptional prices that justify their minor surface imperfections and more!

Absolutely brand new products in their sealed packaging.
Open Box Products
Brand new products with opened or missing packaging.
New Scratched Products
New, opened or unpackaged products that may have a slight impact, scratch or ding that occurred during shipment.
What are the Available Payment Methods?
You can choose one of the following payment methods to make your purchases, depending on your preference.
Payment via Cash on Delivery upon receipt of the order
You can pay the price of your order to the courier company employee and you will be charged an additional €3 for cash on delivery costs. Valid only for shipments within Greece and for small volume products. Does not apply to home appliances.
Deposit to Bank Account
You can, if you wish, pay for your order by deposit at any bank branch or via e-banking. The deposit can be made within 3 business days of creating the order. If payment is not completed within this period, the order is automatically canceled. A prerequisite for the deposit is to indicate the name and surname and the order number in the justification. Regarding transaction costs, the principal is responsible.

What are the Available Shipping Methods?
Shipping by Transport Company
When delivery is made by a transport company, the products are delivered to the curb. For heavy appliances (e.g. refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) their shipment is only made by a transport agency.
Shipping via Courier / Postal Company
A postal company undertakes to deliver the small in volume and weight products of your order to all regions of Greece and you are responsible for the courier cost.
Pick up from the Store
Pick up your order yourself, at no additional cost, from the KOUTLIANOS ELECTRICAL store located in Nikiti, Sithonia, Halkidiki. For the exact delivery time, you should first contact the store.
Product deliveries are made ONLY within the physical borders of Greece through the cooperating transport company (and its partners) or the cooperating courier company.
What are the eshop's Terms of Use?
Customer Obligations & Rights
The customer is required to register as a member in the online store of Koutlianos Electrics by accurately filling in the information required by the relevant form, in order to be able to make the purchases he wishes. The customer is required to indicate an address (residential or work) for the delivery of the order, which will be made on working days and hours. In the event that the shipping address of the order is declared incorrectly, the responsibility lies solely with the customer. The customer is prohibited from reselling the products he purchases. Each sale of a product is intended for the exclusive use of the customer or for the exclusive use of the person in whose name the delivery is made. In the latter case, the customer guarantees the acceptance of the terms of this by the end user of the product. The customer acknowledges that the rendering of colors may deviate from reality in terms of shades and tones, as they are rendered by electronic machines, the settings of which are influenced by many parameters and are defined by the capabilities of each machine and the individual user. The customer has the right to exchange products of equal value, provided that they have not been used or processed, within 14 calendar days of receipt, assuming the shipping costs for returning the products to the company and informing it of the new products he wants, if they are available. The customer has the right to withdraw, provided that the product packaging has not been opened, within 14 calendar days of receipt, returning the product in its original condition at his own expense and sending the relevant statement.

Order processing and delivery are completed within approximately 3-8 business days from the order.
Limitations & Disclaimer
Koutlianos Electrics is not liable to customers / users for any damages that may arise from the non-execution of their order. It also reserves the right to change the delivery time of the goods in cases of force majeure. In the event that a product is damaged or destroyed during transport, the company undertakes to replace it, provided that the transport was carried out by the company’s own personnel. When the transport is carried out by an independent transport company, the store is not responsible. For the best execution of the order, please check the package before receiving it, for any damage or destruction. In cases of changes and returns, the company responds within 21 calendar days of receipt of the products.
